A curated group of colours, images, and elements that will inspire the look and feel of your space. This design concept is foundational, and will guide all the choices to be made, ensuring a cohesive design going forward.
02/ Space Planning
Focusing on improving the flow and functionality of your space, your floor plan will help you visualize the layout. Based on the measurements you provide, the floor plan will include properly scaled pieces.
03/ finish selection
An at-a-glance look at all the materials & finishes selected for your space. This insures a cohesive design scheme, and a resource to reference as you implement the design and select other items going forward.
04/ furniture selection
Furnishings are sourced in consideration of your lifestyle, budget, design preferences, scale, and in consideration of any existing pieces you'd like to retain.
05/ shopping list
You will be provided with a list of links for every selection, allowing you to add-to-cart and implement the design on your own timeline, as your budget allows.
06/ design advice
Along with your final designs, you will also receive tailored design advice about how to set up your space, and add the finishing touches to elevate your design.

There are many reasons which may have led you here (wanting to improve your floor plan, needing help with coordination, sourcing that perfect piece...) but we're glad you found us! You’re ready to collaborate openly, provide thoughtful feedback, and trust our expertise to bring your vision to life. To create a space that truly reflects your vision, we’ll need clear, detailed descriptions of your ideas and goals, and thoughtful feedback along the way. Being an active participant in the creative process ensures we’re aligned every step of the way. To respect each other’s time, we set clear communication expectations upfront, so there are no surprises.
While a realistic budget is subjective, it's important that you've considered it. In depth. We both need to know exactly what we're working with, and how it should best be utilized. There are so many factors that influence budget (square footage, quantity, quality...) that you need to be clear on in order for us to actualize your design visions. Make a list of things that you need/want to purchase and put a realistic price to it in order to give you an idea of how much you may need to spend. We're comfortable working with quite a range, as long as you know how your budget will affect the design solutions we offer. You can articulate what you want your design to accomplish: how you'll use the space, how you want to feel in it, and what you want it to express about you. Moreover, you have an idea of what you want it to look like and have an opinion about your design style and preferences. If you haven't already, think about these things and create a Pinterest board to share with us of design inspiration that moves you. Our questionnaire dives into it all so it's good to think about these things in advance.
If you're here, maybe you've tried designing on your own and just can't seem to get things right, or you're starting fresh and want a professional approach. Either way, you're ready to do things right: and by right, we mean knowing our process and leaning into it. Doing the design homework, knowing your budget and style preferences, and ready to share your feedback with enthusiasm. We leave you with everything you need in order to implement the final designs; but that part is up to you. At the moment, we don't take on any full-scale projects, so you have to be comfortable with your own project management and installation skills.
THE FAQs
We offer two standard design packages: our Signature design service, and our Premium design service. The difference between the two is the visual aids included like 3D renderings and scaled floor plans, and the rounds of revisions you receive to perfect your design. If these are things that you feel you will need, then our Premium offering is for you. If you're able to visualize your design through concept boards and space planning, and think you can share detailed feedback to make the most of your revision rounds, then our Signature offering is all you need! Typically, we find projects take about 3 weeks to complete; but that can be delayed if you fail to meet feedback deadlines. On the other hand, if you're looking to expedite the process because you have a specific deadline in mind, reach out to see if your dates are feasible. Keep in mind that you're responsible for purchase ordering, so it is important to factor lead-time into your desired finish date.
In true virtual design fashion, everything stays virtual: we'll communicate primarily through email, with some documents including the questionnaire and feedback forms sent via Google Workspace. If you've purchased through Etsy, you have the option of keeping chats to their platform. We keep things transparent by outlining our communication expectations upfront so we're on the same page about what's expected and when.
Our Curated Paint Colour Palettes have been thoughtfully designed with a specific style or atmosphere in mind, so your selection feels intuitive. When working with existing furnishings, consider the style and colour of the pieces and which palettes might be the best complement to help you achieve the look you're after. While paint can have a huge impact on your space, it is also cheaper than the majority of things that will influence the design, so our suggestion is to choose paint last. If you're trying to coordinate with a specific colour, you can always reach out to see if it's included or will work with a palette you have your eye on.
Short answer: yes.
While my focus is on the comprehensive design packages offered above, sometime a more tailored service is desired. Often times, this takes the form of fine tuning an existing space that isn’t meeting it’s potential, and sourcing a limited list of things to help pull it all together. We call this our Finishing Touch package, for reference.
