VIB BRAND DAY
Get all your design work ticked off in a single day, with our undivided focus on you, our Very Important Brand (VIB)! Whether it's branding assets, website updates, social media graphics, or marketing materials, we'll tackle everything on your to-do list so you can focus on what you do best. It’s a fast, focused way to get high-quality, polished designs—without the wait. By the end of the day, you’ll have crossed off that list.
Small business owners and brands looking to take back their time and eliminate some tasks off their never-ending to do list. We typically only work with existing clients who have invested in one of our branding services; however, if you have strong design in place already, please reach out to us and we’ll talk.
Before your VIB Design Day, we’ll create a prioritized list of tasks that can be realistically completed within 8 hours. While we typically complete everything on the list, occasionally, additional time may be needed, and you can book another half or full day to finish remaining tasks. Tasks often include:

The branding design process at Atelier 45 follows a thoughtful four-step journey that ensures each brand is deeply personal and impeccably crafted. From start to finish, we prioritize transparency and open communication, keeping you involved at every stage. Our commitment to your vision means we’ll listen closely, adapt to your needs, and create designs backed by strategy that are intrinsically appealing to your dream client.
Creating impactful design starts with understanding your brand’s vision. Through a series of thoughtful questions, we’ll gain clarity on your business, target market, and audience. These insights will guide the development of your design concept, ensuring it’s intentional and aligned with your goals.
Building on the insights gathered, we’ll craft your brand strategy—defining core concepts and shaping a unique identity. At the same time, we’ll explore design directions that visually capture your brand’s essence, align with your goals, resonate with your audience, and set you apart in the marketplace.

THE FAQs
Like any investment, branding should yield a return. Here are two key indicators that you may be ready for our services: your branding isn’t reflecting the value you provide, and/or you’re looking to raise your rates. If either of these apply, or if you’re just starting out and have the budget to do it right, this could be a great investment for your brand. However, if you’re still unsure, we suggest saving your money, and either DIY a logo or use a template until you’re in a position to invest properly. Once your business is established and ready to grow, we’ll talk.
Both our VIB Design Day and Brand Intensive have relatively fixed timelines—one day and two weeks, respectively. Our Signature brand and web design projects typically take 4-6 weeks each, though timelines may vary depending on factors like revision rounds, feedback, and additional requirements. Before starting any project, we’ll provide a detailed timeline based on your specific scope of work.
In true virtual design fashion, everything stays virtual: we'll communicate primarily through email, with some documents including the questionnaire and feedback forms sent via Google Workspace. If you've purchased through Etsy, you have the option of keeping chats to their platform. We keep things transparent by outlining our communication expectations upfront so we're on the same page about what's expected and when.
We love working with creative service providers, solopreneurs, and passionate businesses; however, we’re always open to new opportunities, so reach out, and together we’ll determine if we’re a good fit.
Short answer: yes. Our Signature design package is very much custom created for your own needs. It includes two collateral items of your choosing, with the opportunity to add on additional items as needed. We'll build out your project scope to reflect the needs of your business.
